About the Event

Kick off the day with expert instruction from Irish-American owned Flock.  The Mooresville based charcuterie experts will take you step by step through the how-to’s of curating your own beautiful charcuterie board!  You will use locally sourced gourmet ingredients to create the perfect snack to pair with your favorite wine. You can take your board home to show off later or enjoy on site.  Class includes a glass of wine or craft beer.

Registration is from 11:15 in the Davesté Pavilion, with class beginning at 11:30. This event is held rain or shine in our covered pavilion and will be in compliance with social distancing guidelines applicable at date of event. Please dress for ambient temperatures on the day. Your ticket includes early access to our St Patricks day festival Sunday.
