Daveste Ambrosia Cake

1 to 2 teaspoons of Butter

2 tablespoon of flour

1/14 cups Daveste Ambrosia white wine

3 eggs

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 package Betty Crocker yellow cake mix


  1. Preheat oven to 350 grease a Bundt pan or tube pan with butter and dust with flour

  2. In a medium bowl grate ginger add eggs and beat to mix with hand mixer add Ambrosia and blend together

  3. In a large mixing bowl empty yellow cake mix and add Ambrosia mix and Beat for a full 2 minutes

  4. Pour mix into prepared pan and bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

  5. Let cool for 15 minutes Turn pan upside down on plate, shake gently to release cake from pan and let cool completely

  6. Enjoy with glass of Daveste Ambrosia wine and Plate of Cheese
