Guided Hike and Meditations  Still looking for something fun and outdoorsy Sunday and it involves wine or beer? Come  immerse yourself in the splendor of Fall. Feel the crisp air, hear the rippling water, see the  beauty of Mother Nature.  It’ll start with a little tai chi warmup at the waterfall and then be followed by a silent,  contemplative hike along a creek through the woods.  Short meditations will be held at the  upper waterfall and the large tree in the field across from the tasting room.   Join meditation leader, Karen Koutsky, and see and hear what nature has to offer those willing  to look, listen and receive.   Sunday 10/24.  Noon - 1pm.     $12 includes a glass of wine or beer
